- At least 3yrs hands-on experience as RSM/Equivalent level in Fertilizer/ Seeds sales.
- Good network among fertilizer wholesalers, retailers and farmers.
- Familiar with MS word and emailing.
- Proactive, energetic, honest & independent.
- Target & profit oriented.
- Flexible in manners.
- Well communicated.
- Able to travel.
Responsibilities & Context:
Paragon Group, one of the largest business conglomerates in the country, is currently seeking experienced, dynamic, dedicated, and honest individuals for the position of National Sales Manager (Organic Fertilizer).
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales operation of organic fertilizer.
- Assist to develop planning, budget & cost control policy as well as sales strategy.
- Assist to set distributor commission, return policy of expired and damaged products.
- Team leadership & maximize company revenue.
- Explore new business opportunities/ dealers/ retailers as well as increase present sales.
- Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales trends and annual sales forecast.
- Correlate production, sales & team to achieve target.
- Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing sales.
- Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
- Any other relevant assignment.
