∎ Skills Required:
∎ Thorough knowledge of group health/non-life products, underwriting & Reinsurance (Treaty & Fac).
∎ Experience with EB servicing, client relationship management, and claims support.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficient in Excel, and presentation tools.
∎ Familiarity with health analytics and TPA functioning is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Reinsurance, Accounts, group health, personal accident, and non-life EB portfolios
∎ Handle client onboarding, policy issuance, endorsements, claims coordination, and renewals.
∎ Collaborate with TPAs, underwriters, brokers, and wellness vendors to ensure service excellence.
∎ Analyze claims trends and suggests cost-containment measures to clients.
∎ Prepare MIS reports, renewal proposals, and client dashboards for review and decision-making.
∎ Liaison with Shadharan Bima Corporation (SBC)
∎ Ensure regulatory compliance with IDRA norms and support audit & reporting requirements
