∎ Reinsurance Knowledge of Life Insurance
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Strong understanding of life insurance products and group underwriting practices.
∎ Exposure to reinsurance contracts, pricing, and treaty negotiations.
∎ Proficient in Excel, actuarial modeling basics, and presentation tools.
∎ Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage life reinsurance treaty business for Life Insurance Companies & corporate clients.
∎ Assess and structure reinsurance support for employer-sponsored life insurance plans (GLI, GTLI).
∎ Evaluate risk exposures and pricing proposals, ensuring alignment with underwriting guidelines.
∎ Liaise with cedants, brokers, and internal actuarial teams to finalize terms and conditions.
∎ Monitor portfolio performance and provide technical support for renewals and client engagement.
∎ Ensure regulatory compliance with IDRA norms and support audit & reporting requirements.
∎ Support business development teams with reinsurance solutions for EB tenders and RFP
