∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring production systems with Basic Monitoring Tools & Dashboards (Nagios, Grafana, Kibana, Observium, Librenms, Cacti etc.)
∎ Optimization and quality of service reporting
∎ Familiar with Trouble Ticket Management services such as OSTicket, carrier interface and escalations.
∎ Network failure and anomaly detection, assessments & reporting
∎ Provide 1st level support to client
∎ Taking ownership of monitoring, alert and reporting of production systems
∎ Any Other tasks assigned by management related to NOC.
∎ Reporting to line manager regarding any incident and/or anomaly
∎ Customer Support Call receiv,Complain Note-down, Remote support, service monitoring ,Operate different services ,Report creation.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
∎ IPV4, IPV6 knowledge, IP address planning, Local Network, Public Network.
∎ Maintain all the Departmental activities, prepare all documentation of the running system and update the version control of documentation periodically as a part of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
∎ Hands on knowledge on configuring Mikrotik, Cisco Routers, OLT, Managed switches and other network devices.
∎ To monitor Data-center (Service, Server, Application, Environment UPS etc.).
∎ Primary troubleshooting of servers and network devices.
∎ Good knowledge & experience in CISCO as well as IP VPN, L2-L3 VPN & MPLS VPN, IGP, EGP, BGP,LDP.
∎ IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), Telecommunication Engineer
∎ Good understanding of OLT - ONU Network.
∎ Experienced in troubleshooting all network and user end connectivity complaints.
∎ Providing logical troubleshooting support for infrastructure backbone,and L2/L3 services of ISP
∎ Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis and reporting tools.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be a part of Shift Duty Engineer as per roster schedule
∎ Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
∎ Familiarity with Linux Command Line
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be a quick learner
