Responsibilities & Context:
Audit daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
Prepare and submit daily revenue and occupancy reports.
Handle night check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
Ensure the safety and security of hotel operations during the night.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments for night operations.
Address guest complaints and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of night activities and incidents.
