Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors, Diploma

• Relevant certifications (MTCRE, MCSE, JNCIA, JNCIS-SEC, CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, CCSP) are highly desirable (CISCO,BDCOM), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA), and wireless devices are a must.

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):ISP

• Additional Requirements

• Having a professional degree in relevant fields will be beneficial.

• Proven track record of leadership in technology roles, with at least 5 years of proven experience with at least 3 years of experience ISP/IIG/System Analyst/IT security.

• Deep understanding of ISP services, securities, and Internet markets.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

• Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably in the ISP services industry.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a commitment to excellence and continuous learning.

• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and collaboration.

• Include technical services with customer requirements.

• Adequate knowledge of physical and logical ISP networks.

• Adequate knowledge to utilize the entire team members.

• Planning and Designing ISP Core Network.

• Knowledge of Internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) Expertise in physical layer technologies (Optical, FTTH, CWDM, DWDM, P2P, P2M etc)

• Installation, configuration, implementation & maintenance of Networking devices like MikroTik, Juniper, Cisco, Firewall, Access Points and diagnosis problems.

• Good Knowledge about different Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP) and VPN Tunnels.

• Strong understanding of layer-2 and layer-3 networks Proficiency in MPLS, OSPF, BGP, ISIS, VTP, Spanning Tree Protocol Experience with DNS, Proxy, DHCP, Web Servers, MySQL, FTP Server, MRTG, Mail Servers in Linux/Windows Knowledge of SNMP, Netflow, and related protocols with SSL/IPSec VPNs ability

• Experience in networking organizations (ISP/IIG/Telco) in relevant roles

• Working with any kinds of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.

• Configuring and troubleshooting of PPPOE, RADIUS etc services.

• Manage GGC, FNA, IX Services, Traffic Queues & Scheduling.

• Working with Different types of Switching Service (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP etc.) and GPON OLT, ONU etc.

• Certification on MTCNA, MTCRE, CCNA is preferable.

• Working with Different types of Routing Protocols like Static, OSPF, BGP with Multiple Network.

• Supervising the NOC team, while working closely with other team, management and external vendors to achieve the company`s goals.

• Collaborating with NOC and System Support Team to ensure efficient service of the company.

• Ensure Highest uptime of ISP service with maintaining SLA for all types of customer.

• Ensure Technical Support/Guidance to Clients.

• Coordinate with the inter-department.

• Provide support to clients by answering questions, replying to emails, providing information and assuring appropriate follow-up.

• Provide onsite Technical Support if needed.

• Network performance monitoring and reporting.

• Work on shifts and weekends.

• Other responsibilities are provided by management from time to time.
