We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level IT professional to support day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, provide user support, and help maintain network systems.
Key Responsibilities
ü Diagnose and fix common computer hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
ü Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related queries in a timely manner
ü Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard software applications
ü Assist with network setup, monitoring, and basic configuration, including MikroTik devices
ü Support Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and troubleshoot user issues
ü Perform routine IT administrative tasks such as user account management, system updates, and backups
ü Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and support logs
ü Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required
