Responsibilities & Context:

Education

ü  Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

ü  Diploma in Computer

ü  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

ü  Relevant IT certifications (e.g., MTCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus

 

 

 

Experience

 

ü  1 to 3 years

ü  The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, E-commerce, IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies

ü  Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ü  Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting

ü  Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools

ü  Basic understanding of networking concepts and experience with MikroTik configuration

ü  Previous experience in an IT Admin or IT Support role

ü  Good problem-solving and communication skills

ü  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level IT professional to support day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, provide user support, and help maintain network systems.

 

Key Responsibilities

ü  Diagnose and fix common computer hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

ü  Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related queries in a timely manner

ü  Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard software applications

ü  Assist with network setup, monitoring, and basic configuration, including MikroTik devices

ü  Support Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and troubleshoot user issues

ü  Perform routine IT administrative tasks such as user account management, system updates, and backups

ü  Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and support logs

ü  Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required
