∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IIG, ISP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Network device installation and maintenance.
∎ Troubleshooting of network hardware & software.
∎ Home & Corporate customer support (Over Telephone).
∎ Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.
∎ Configuring and troubleshooting of PPPOE, Hotspot, RADIUS etc. services.
∎ Working with LAN, VPN and internet connectivity products (Switch, OLT, Router, Firewall, IP camera, IP pbx) & their installation, configuration, cabling.
∎ Working with different types of switching service (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP etc.) and EPON/GPON OLT, ONU etc.
∎ Working with different types of routing protocols like Static, OSPF, BGP with Multiple Network and Load balancing with Mikrotik & Cisco Systems.
∎ Collaborating with call center and technical team to ensure efficient service of the company.
∎ Monitoring network with network monitoring tools.
∎ Reporting network status to the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MTCNA,CCNA

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
