Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary responsibilities for this position will be to perform initial configuration and installation of networking hardware, both wired and wireless, as well as assisting the System Administrator in day-to-day administration of Linux and Windows systems.
∎ Job duties include but are not limited to patch management, system upgrades, and configuration changes, log monitoring, ID card access control installation and configuration, and network traffic monitoring. In addition to system and network responsibilities, applicant should be able to provide assistance to first tier help desk staff and direct end user support.
∎ Network engineers may work internally as part of an organization's IT support team, or externally as part of an outsourced IT networking consultancy firm working with a number of clients.
∎ Need basic skill about call support.
∎ Need basic skill about network.
∎ Response to clients call, find out their problem and solve.
∎ Diagnosing and fixing network problems and find out faults.
∎ Maintain working report everyday.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proactively check connectivity matrices, investigate, and prepare any remediation recommendations.
∎ Support for network related issues related to Android hardware and wireless networks
∎ Maintain support tickets and updates within the SLA timelines
∎ Support calls with customers and clients
∎ Customer-facing meetings detailing network recommendations and adjustments in improving wireless network infrastructure and security requirements.
∎ Documentation drafting and review
