∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer Operating, FTP, Google drive, Google Map, Google Sheets, Linux server, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Mikrotik, Online (web/ e-mail) Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints and manage ticketing system.
∎ Manage customers' accounts on billing server and maintain log server.
∎ Having practical knowledge to install & configure networking Switch (CISCO,HUAWEI,JUNIPER,BDCOM,VSOL), Router (MIKROTIK, CISCO) & Wireless Devices (UBNT, CAMBIUM, ALTAI) & OLT (HUAWEI, VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA) & All kind of Wi-Fi Routers.
∎ Having professional knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, VPN, L2 & L3 Concept.
∎ Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults.
∎ Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals and extensive experience in TCP, UDP, DNS & DHCP.
∎ Troubleshooting network related issues and solve it on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Facebook Ads manager, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube marketing, etc.
∎ Good Graphics designing knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
∎ Knowledge on various types of digital ad campaigns and techniques including conversion ads, lead ads, and pixel for retargeting ads.
∎ Must be willing to work as a part of the team and help other team members
∎ At Least 2 years as NOC Engineer is preferred.
∎ CCNA, CCNP, MTCNA, MTCRE certification is preferred.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and beyond working hours.
∎ ISP Company Experience required.
