Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and support of enterprise networking and infrastructure such as routers, switches, firewalls, SDWAN, WIFI, etc.,
∎ Ensure the infrastructure’s stability, reliability, scalability, and compliance in accordance with the network security and regulatory requirements,
∎ Perform (WAN/SDWAN/LAN) traffic analysis to diagnose and resolve issues,
∎ Research and evaluate of new network systems and technologies as required to improve the existing IT infrastructure,
∎ Develop detailed designs using industry-standard best practices and best-of-breed technology,
∎ Maintain and support core network services like DHCP, DNS etc.
∎ Contribute to the capacity planning initiatives by monitoring and analyzing network and compute resource usage to plan for hardware upgrade,
∎ Organize field support and monitor trouble ticket resolution/escalation,
∎ Mentor team members and ensure knowledge transfer to team members,
∎ Install, configure and troubleshoot of MikroTik, Cisco and Fortinet devices like switch (Manage), Firewall, Wireless controller and AP etc., SPOC for the ISP and other vendor/s for the relevant domain,
∎ Establish and maintain the SLA and OLA where applicable,
∎ Manage, update and upgrade the IT network infrastructure - according to the business need,
∎ Set up new networks or adding new components to existing networks to ensure they function properly, ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls,
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ At least 04 years of practical work experience in the relevant field,
∎ Practical knowledge of networking techniques including TCP/IP, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, etc.,
∎ Basic Knowledge of the IPTSP Service,
∎ Basic product security understanding (Deep Security- Trend Micro),
∎ Working understanding of VMware systems like ESXi and vCenter,
∎ Prior experience in network and system design, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance,
∎ Candidates with exceptional practical skills may qualify with less stringent educational requirements.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure adhere to deadlines
