Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in ETE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSIT
∎ Four years experience ISP/ IIG. must be CSE/ ETE/EEE/ CSIT reputed University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Mikrotik,CCNP,RHCS RHCSA
∎ Skills Required: CCNP, Cisco Switch and Router, Linux server, Linux-based Mail Server, Mikrotik
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), Cisco Switch and Router, IIG, ISP, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), System Engineer (Telecommunication Network)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems.
∎ Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex operating systems, recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and system applications, investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications.
∎ Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers of the department.
∎ Configuring internal systems, Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issue, Upgrade the network infrastructure, Install servers, devices and firewalls Train new system users and set up their accounts Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications Update technical documentation.
∎ Responsible for overall relationship with the Sales Team & Customer.
∎ Ensure good understanding of customer requirements and latest market trend and technology.
∎ Ready to work as a team member and able to achieve individual target to bring success and growth of the brand.
∎ Must have good knowledge and experience in Linux, Windows and FREE BSD Programming/ Scripting: Shell Scripting, Pearl, PHP, mysql.
∎ Sever configuration: MTA (exim), WEB (apache), RADIUS (free radius), proxy (squid), POP (cyrus), DNS (bind/ dns).
∎ Routing: Must have good knowledge & experience in CISCO as well as IP VPN, L2-L3 VPN & MPLS VPN, IGP, EGP, BGP,LDP.
∎ In-depth knowledge on compiling and installing open source software in Linux platform.
∎ Troubleshooting, maintaining network/ hardware/ software including firewalls, router/switches, LAN/WAN and network security for overall networks and wireless communication & protocols. Performs full supervision of technical staff.
∎ IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), Telecommunication Engineer
∎ Advanced Certification in CCNA, CISCO, Linux , MikroTik router management
∎ Need to be smart, energetic, confident and target oriented.
∎ Good communication skill with lively and presentable personality Willing to work long hours and be pro-
∎ active person with a can-do attitude
∎ Required to configure and manage Mikrotik Routers.
∎ Good understanding of OLT - ONU Network.
∎ Expert in troubleshooting all network and user end connectivity complaints.
∎ Providing logical troubleshooting support for infrastructure backbone,and L2/L3 services of ISP
∎ Required to configure and manage CISCO Products
∎ Ensure stable and reliable ISP network services (e.g. access products, service networks and core network).
∎ Day-to-day network performance monitoring.
∎ Network troubleshooting and fault analysis; hardware troubleshooting and repair.
∎ Trouble ticket generation and response; carrier interface and escalations.
∎ Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis and reporting tools.
∎ Application of configuration changes via our change control systems and processes.
∎ Installation of network hardware and software.
