∎ Sales Planning: Ability to plan the short-term and long-term goals for their team. Planning involves goal-setting, sales forecasting, defining marketing strategies and creating effective sales processes.
∎ Market Research Skills: Conducting market research helps marketers understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, enabling them to develop more targeted and effective marketing strategies.
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, customers, colleagues, and stakeholders is critical for successful initiatives.
∎ Problem Solving: Ability to solve critical problems arising from daily operational activities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve targeted sales & credit recovery.
∎ Identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities.
∎ Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients.
∎ Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports.
∎ Identify and monitor market developments and trends agricultural input based industries. Stay informed about relevant changes and opportunities in this industries.
∎ Ensure realization of activities aligned with Customer Engagement Campaigns & initiatives defined in the Market Development plan to create demand & deliver the yearly Sales targets.
