Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Livestock

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Acquisition, Team Building & Sales Generate.
∎ Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
∎ Ensuring the performance of the sales departments.
∎ Using creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for sales growth.
∎ Executing the company's sales plan.
∎ Train & motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
∎ Developing and overseeing execution of different selling programs to drive sales.
∎ Taking steps in connection with foreseeing demand and supply, ensuring smooth customer experience, increasing customer engagement & improving customer conversion rates, etc.
∎ Identify and implement new opportunities to drive sales, visibility, efficiencies, etc. along with identifying new potential market places to leverage business growth.
∎ Maintain a relationship with internal and external stakeholders to develop and update strategy on a regular basis.
∎ Foster a culture of integrity and professionalism within the sales team.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 150000 - 250000 (Monthly)
∎ Profit bonus
