Job Context:
∎ Must have a strong knowledge & database to communicate with BD manufacturers & foreign buyers.
∎ Customer Acquisition & Sales Generate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate effective communication between buyers and manufacturers to ensure smooth collaboration.
∎ Cultivate and maintain professional relationships between buyers and manufacturers to foster trust and reliability.
∎ Drive customer acquisition and consistently achieve sales targets.
∎ Prepare and manage detailed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Meeting the target sales volume.
∎ Utilize creativity and an in-depth understanding of sales processes to propose innovative strategies for achieving sales growth.
∎ Identify, assess, and implement new opportunities to enhance sales, visibility, and operational efficiencies, including exploring untapped marketplaces for business expansion.
∎ Maintain ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, actively participating in strategy development and updates.
∎ Proactively anticipate shifts in demand and supply, focusing on ensuring a seamless customer experience, heightened customer engagement, and improved customer conversion rates.
∎ Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to identify potential areas for new product development and enhancements, aligning these initiatives with brand positioning and customer preferences.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in English language and strong interpersonal abilities.
∎ Expertise in sourcing new buyers, order collection, and effective buyer communication.
∎ Extensive experience in managing relationships with international retailers, brands, and local manufacturers.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, email communication, and internet operations.
∎ Adept at conducting productive online meetings using platforms such as Zoom.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of garment categories, including Woven, Denim, Active wear, Sportswear, and Knit products.
∎ Familiarity with the complete garments merchandising cycle( encompassing product development, price calculations, product planning, production oversight, commercial aspects, and shipment tracking).
∎ In-depth understanding of fabrics, accessories, and trims in the garment industry.
∎ Proficiency in garment embellishments, washing, and dyeing processes.
