∎ Must have willing to travel for visiting market.
∎ Strong leadership and team management capacity.
∎ Pleasant & communicative personality.

∎ Experience in trade & consumer offer to boost up sales.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop/review policy and strategy for sales and marketing of tea.
∎ Prepare planning, budget & cost control policy.
∎ Set up price, distributor commission, return policy of expired and damaged tea.
∎ Lead sales team to accelerate tea sales.
∎ Supervision to all Channel
∎ Maximize company revenue and profit from the market.
∎ Explore new business opportunities/ new markets/dealers as well as increase present sales.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities.
∎ Analyze sales trends and annual sales forecast.
∎ Correlate production, sales & team to achieve target.
∎ Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing sales.
∎ Nurture & boost up weak areas & team to develop tea sales.
∎ Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
∎ Any other assignment related to job given by the management/superior.
