Job Context:
∎ Welcome Cosmetics sale 33 items all over Bangladesh. Our product is - Fairness Cream, Breast Cream, Imported Spanish Olive Oil, Hair Remover, Fairness Body Lotion and many more.
∎ We are looking for an experienced National sales manager (NSM) with team to contribute to our company`s sales objectives. As a National sales manager (NSM), you should use your creativity and methodical knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
∎ Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and create effective sales plans to achieve targets.
∎ Train & motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
∎ Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales activities and results.
∎ Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities, and operational processes.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential threats.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing (Cosmetics Products)
∎ Proven work experience as a National sales manager.
∎ Strong communication and team management skills.
∎ Availability to travel as needed.
∎ Recruiting, hiring and training new employees.
