Job Context:
∎ Welcome Cosmetics sale 33 items all over Bangladesh. Our product is - Fairness Cream, Breast Cream, Imported Spanish Olive Oil, Hair Remover, Fairness Body Lotion and many more.
∎ The Area Sales Manager (ASM) need to take the overall responsibility of Sales in the assigned Areas.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to achieving Monthly Sales target.
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target.
∎ Distribute Daily Sales target and achieve it.
∎ To analyze manpower demand and lesion with HRM Department & National Sales Team on manpower issue.
∎ Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement.
∎ Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned areas.
∎ Identify new (Blank) markets for expanding market share.
∎ Create a new distributor at the blank (Market) point.
∎ Compile, analyze, and report sales data.
∎ Travel throughout an assigned area to train and guide Distributors.
∎ Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends in the industry as well as provide sales development-related strategic information.
∎ Ensure all desirable support for the irregular and default distributors.
∎ Prepare and provide sales reports on a periodically (daily/weekly/monthly) basis.
∎ Monitor & Coordinate the activities of Sales man & distributors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Cosmetics Product
