Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from a reputed university. Business graduates are preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a target-oriented position, have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ Develop sales plan and strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.
∎ Forecast monthly/quarterly/yearly sales revenue in National level.
∎ Work closely with Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive and Territory officer to monitor progress, motivate team and solve problems in market.
∎ Ensure coverage of product availability on every corner of assigned region through development of new distribution and manage existing distribution.
∎ It is a highly mobile position, have to work 20-24 days in field to manage assigned territories.
∎ Proven track record of strong team leadership and large-scale team management.
∎ Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of repot as required
∎ Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Experience in conducting team training will be an added advantage
∎ Do other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 8-10 years working experience in Furniture /construction/ plastic 2-3 years of experience in the similar role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Corporate Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sound knowledge in computer, MS Office program especially in MS Excel.
∎ Must be good in speaking and writing in English
