Job Context:
∎ Syntax Polymer Industries Ltd (Deer Chairs) sister concern of Nasir Group of Industries.
∎ Syntax Polymer Ind. Ltd brand name DEER Chairs in Bangladesh We are looking for a National Sales Manager (NSM) who will be the country or nationwide lead multiple teams of RSM (Regional Sales Manager), ASM (Area Sales Manager), ASE (Area Sales Executive) TO (Territory Officer) & SO (Sales Officer) for generating sales all over Bangladesh.
∎ As NSM footprints must have to be within all over the country.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a target-oriented position, have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales targets are achieved within the planned time frame.
∎ Develop a sales plan and strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
∎ Forecast monthly/quarterly/yearly sales revenue at the National level.
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop people. Identify the training needs of the sales supervisor, Sales Representative and implement training programs to build up professional skills and knowledge.
∎ Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive, and Territory officer to monitor progress, motivate a team and solve problems in the market.
∎ Ensure coverage of product availability on every corner of the assigned region through the development of new distribution and managing existing distribution.
∎ It is a highly mobile position, have to work 20-24 days in the field to manage assigned territories.
∎ Proven track record of strong team leadership and large-scale team management.
∎ Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of reports as required.
∎ Experience in conducting team training will be an added advantage.
∎ Must be experienced of nationwide work.
∎ Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Do other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 10 years of working experience in plastic furniture, 2-3 years of experience in the similar role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Corporate Sales also.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sound knowledge of computer, and MS Office programs, especially in MS Excel.
∎ Must be fluent in English and Bangla.

Salary:
