  • Deep understanding of the Bangladesh market.

  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

  • Proficiency in tally software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • 7 years of experience in sales management.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are currently seeking an experienced, professional National Sales Manager of Sales and marketing department with a passion for adding value and increasing growth by identifying new Sales improving opportunities and helping to meet company targets.

This role requires someone who is a creative, strategic thinker with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing national sales strategies.

  • Managing and mentoring a sales team.

  • Setting sales targets and achieving them.

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients (e.g., builders, contractors, architects).

  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis.

  • Overseeing marketing activities (online and offline).

  • Forecasting sales and managing budgets.

  • Reporting on sales performance and market trends.
