Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assigning and developing distributor and dealer in the Division. Developing and maintains positive relation with existing and prospective distributors and dealer. •
∎ Team management, territory management, ensuring numeric distribution in the Area, Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team.
∎ Traveling to potential and existing customers within country to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
∎ Research industry trends, competitors' movement etc. as necessary.
∎ Country wide daily analytical sales reports of.
∎ Provide periodic sales related report to management
∎ Engage in company's brand building activities.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have experience at work in Zila, Upozila and Thana level individually, as well as team.
∎ At list have 5 years work experience as zonal manager.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
