Responsibilities & Context:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Manufacturing (FMCG)·
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.·
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.·
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.·
Result-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.·
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.·
Lead, monitor and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and drive sales growth.·
Prepare yearly promotional budget.·
Prepare organization development plan & budget.·
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.·
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis and competitor activities for management review.·
Stay updated on competitor strategies and market dynamics to make informed business decisions.·
Willingness to travel as required.
