Responsibilities & Context:
  • Sales Performance optimization: Develop sales plan to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the assigned region under the guidance and supervision of Head of Sales.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies: Formulate comprehensive sales strategies for sales teams, in line with organizational goals and market trends to ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth.

  • Team Management: Train, motivate, and manage the sales team across the region; Provide guidance, coaching and performance feedback to maximize their potential and productivity.

  • Zone Management: Effectively allocate resources, set zone-wise sales targets and monitor sales performance across different zones within the region to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Distributor, Dealers to enhance market penetration and sales objectives.

  • Compliance assurance: Ensure that all area Heads and their team members adhere to the company’s policies, office orders and SOPs across the region.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough field visits to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics; identify opportunities, threats, and emerging market segments for business growth, and provide update to Management to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Reports: Prepare daily/monthly/quarterly sales and other reports as a when required and give feedback to the Head of Sales.

  • Any other task assigns by the Management time to time.
