- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably BBA/B.Com in business discipline.
- Master’s in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.

Strength in problem solving, issue resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities & Context: Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand markets nationwide.
- Manage distribution and maintain networks across major cities and towns.
Client Development & Retention:
- Establish and nurture relationships with Agents and other stakeholders of the company.
- Regularly visit key regions to strengthen client relationships and explore new markets.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets with a profitability focus.
Distributor & Dealer Management:
- Appoint, manage, and evaluate the performance of Agents.
- Provide training and support to the Sales and Marketing team to ensure alignment with sales targets.
Sales Growth & Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute national sales and collection strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor region-wise sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions.
- Monitor credit sales vs. collection performance across territories.
- Collaborate with the finance Department to ensure timely collections and reduce outstanding aging.
Logistics & Supply Coordination:
- Coordinate with the factory and logistics team to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Monitor regional inventory levels and plan restocking cycles.
Reporting & Market Insights:
- Generate and submit periodic sales reports with customer feedback and regional market trends.
- Suggest pricing policies and promotional campaigns for the market.
- Look after customer queries and meet them.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Share periodic MIS reports and business insights with management.
- Contribute to product development and forecasting based on market feedback.
