Job Context:
∎ Paragon Group is one of the leading business conglomerates, we are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, honest & experienced individuals for the above mentioned positions for its consumer foods sales and marketing team.
∎ Product Line: Tea, Dry Foods & Frozen Foods.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop/review policy and strategy for sales and marketing of consumer foods.
∎ Prepare planning and budget.
∎ Set up price, distributor's commission, return policy of expired and damaged products.
∎ Monitoring overall sales and Marketing, Distribution operation and Retail Sales.
∎ Achieve the target and maximize revenue.
∎ Explore new business opportunities as well as increase volume of existing ales.
∎ Effective communication with distributors & markets and field force.
∎ Leadership & train up the personnel working in the team.
∎ Searching new markets/distributors and developing relationship with existing distributors.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities.
∎ Analyze sales trends and annual sales forecast.
∎ Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing sales.
∎ Achieving monthly sales target.
∎ Market visit and market opportunity assessment.
∎ Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be conversant in using MS Office, email, etc.
∎ Candidates must be honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Excellent communication, coordination & leadership skill.
∎ Willing to travel all over the country.
