Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the nationwide sales team of the Cosmetics & Skin Care division.
∎ Forecast & provide strategic inputs to the management for setting the sales target (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual).
∎ Set comprehensive business plans to achieve the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales target.
∎ Coordinate to ensure an effective distribution plan to achieve distribution coverage.
∎ Maintain effective relationships with key external stakeholders (Distributor/Dealer/Modern Trade /Retailer).
∎ Regularly analyze the market trend and take necessary initiatives.
∎ Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective countermeasures.
∎ Oversee daily activities of the sales team for efficient operations.
∎ Achievement of KPI Targets on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Strong interpersonal leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Having sound analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to travel extensively.
