  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities & Context:

CFMOTO Bangladesh is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales operations across the country. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and market share for CFMOTO motorcycles and related products. The role requires leadership, excellent sales skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the motorcycle industry in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with CFMOTO’s business objectives.
  • Set sales targets and ensure the team achieves revenue, market penetration, and profitability goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team across the country, including regional managers and sales representatives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance the team's capabilities.
  • Recruit and train new sales personnel, ensuring that they align with CFMOTO's brand and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with dealers and distributors to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing support as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and strategies to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote CFMOTO products.
  • Manage the sales budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
