Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the admission process for In-Patient Department (IPD), including documentation, bed allocation and coordination with nursing and administrative staff.
Facilitate the smooth flow of patients in the OPD by guiding them to the appropriate consultation rooms and managing consultation queues.
Accurately input patient information into the hospital management system, maintaining up-to-date records for appointments, admissions and discharges.
Provide clear communication to patients and their families regarding appointment schedules, admission procedures, and other inquiries, ensuring a positive patient experience.
Schedule and manage patient appointments for OPD consultations, ensuring efficient time management and minimal wait times.
