∎ Applicants with at least 03 years of experience (In Sales, Corporate Sales & Marketing, Retail Stores/Shops) will get preference.(with those experience, applicant allow from any discipline/subject)
∎ Candidates have to be Smart, Confident and Self Motivated.
∎ Candidates must understand the Client's needs and identify the scope for Sales opportunities.
∎ Ability to identify potential customers and develop sustainable relationships with them.
∎ Strong Price Negotiation Capability.
∎ Outstanding Presence of Mind with Dynamic Decision Making Capability.
∎ Solid Analytical Ability, Good Presentation and Convincing Skill.
∎ Excellent Face to Face and Over the Phone Communication Ability to convince customers.
∎ Written and Oral Communication in both Bangla and English is highly desirable.
∎ Must have Computer Proficiency, Internet Browsing and Email using capability.

∎ Willing to work field visits/outdoor marketing
∎ Handle Customers at the Showroom.
∎ Visit Govt. & Non Govt. office to develop Corporate Clients.
∎ Maintain Continuous connection with clients.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
