Education:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply ; apply 1-2 years of experience in customer service or marketing (preferably in the garments accessories industry) is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
Act as the primary contact point for assigned customers regarding orders, inquiries, and complaints.
Maintain strong relationships with both local and international clients.
Ensure prompt responses to customer queries and follow-up on pending issues.
Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders accurately in the system.
Coordinate with planning, production, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time order execution.
Track order status and proactively update customers on progress or delays.
Prepare and manage order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment documents.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on order status, customer feedback, and delivery performance.
Liaise with production, QA/QC departments to ensure product quality and timely shipment.
Support marketing and product development teams by collecting customer feedback and market insights.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Any other task assigned by management.
