    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply ; apply 1-2 years of experience in customer service or marketing (preferably in the garments accessories industry) is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Act as the primary contact point for assigned customers regarding orders, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Maintain strong relationships with both local and international clients.

  • Ensure prompt responses to customer queries and follow-up on pending issues.

  • Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders accurately in the system.

  • Coordinate with planning, production, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time order execution.

  • Track order status and proactively update customers on progress or delays.

  • Prepare and manage order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment documents.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints.

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on order status, customer feedback, and delivery performance.

  • Liaise with production, QA/QC departments to ensure product quality and timely shipment.

  • Support marketing and product development teams by collecting customer feedback and market insights.

  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and coordinate necessary corrective actions.

  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

  • Any other task assigned by management.
