• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• 1 to 4 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate visa applications and supporting documents

• Conduct applicant interviews when required

• Verify personal, financial, and travel-related information

• Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and policies

• Identify fraudulent or incomplete applications and take appropriate action

• Maintain accurate records and case files

• Communicate decisions clearly to applicants and relevant authorities

• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government agencies

• Provide guidance to applicants regarding visa requirements and procedures

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication both English & Bangla.

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Knowledge of immigration laws and international travel regulations

• Cultural awareness and professionalism

• Time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field (BBA or MBA).

• Relevant experience in immigration, consular services, or administrative roles (preferred)

• Proficiency in computer systems and visa processing software.

• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
