Job Context:
∎ The Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist is an important team member of Project Team. The specialist is responsible for the monitoring & evaluation, reporting and documentation of the project.
∎ Reporting to : Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & Evaluation and Reporting
∎ Progress Tracking based on RMAF (Target Outputs and Outcomes)
∎ Periodic Reporting and Record Keeping
∎ Prepare concept briefs on project components & issues
∎ Follow up and monitor Baseline & End line survey on the project by third party.
∎ Prepare Program Evaluation Report based on community-based experience, success stories, lessons learned & way forward
∎ Follow up and Audio-visual process documentation of the entire project history, lessons and success stories
∎ Participate & foster in team building.
∎ Any other task assigned by the mangement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects.
∎ Experience in writing concept notes, preparing reports.
∎ Knowledge in surveys and exposure in NGO modality working atmosphere.

Salary: Negotiable
