Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics

• Master’s Degree in Statistics, Regionals Urban Planning, Development Studies or any relevant field from any recognized university (both public & private university) along with a minimum of 05 to 07 years of experience in relevant field in the rural context.  However, for extra-ordinary qualified having proven experience and track record, the educational qualification can be flexible.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Minimum 5 (five) years relevant experience with National and/or International NGO(s).

• Experience in Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of integrated Child and Youth Focused Programs/Projects.

• Proven experience in design & conduct study capacity building of staff & others project participants & produce periodical report.

• Experience of working with data analyses, conducted study, Result framework.

• Excellent skills on MS Excel, MS Word, Power-point/Canva and/or any other presentation apps.

• Proven experience on working with children and project participants (including govt. authorities and non-govt. stakeholders).

• Proven experience on developing and implement rights-based projects/programs, especially children, youths and young women.

• Strong skills and commitments to ensure implementation of organizational policy compliances. flowing programme M&E framework TOC.

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines case study & M&E Report.

• Experience on report writing both in English and Bengali.

• Proven experience of ensuring accountability to different stakeholders including govt. authorities.

• Must have valid driving license and willing to drive motor bike. 

• Willing to travel extensively (at least 70% of her/his working time).   

• Takes time to listen to others and asks questions to ensure understanding, brings disagreement into the open for discussion and acts as a facilitator/coach during discussions and moderates own views/perspectives for the good of the group·       

• Aware of what information needs to be given to whom and is able to communicate messages in an appropriate way·       

• Identifies critical people in any decision process, has developed a range of different approaches and selects the appropriate style for the situation 

About the Program: Resource Development Foundation (RDF) started its Sponsorship Funded Program from 1st April 2025 funded by Plan International Bangladesh implemented by Resource Development Foundation (RDF) in Barguna district. Objective of this program is “All sponsored children especially girls & young women will be heard, live without fear of violence and will achieve their rights”. RDF is directly working with about 7,000 Sponsored Children, Educational Institutions (SBK, Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary).
