∎ Masters degree with experience on Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation;
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will work under guidance of Program team to implement the core set of food security interventions of Agriculture and Livelihood Project.
∎ Sh/e will primarily responsible for collect the field based monitoring data periodically using necessary monitoring tools and performance indicators;
∎ Sh/e will monitor and facilitates the tracking of the project compared to the planned time frame and qualitative-quantitative indicators of the project.
∎ Prepare periodic M & E reports with proper explanations and justifications on M & E findings including recommendations and submit to the management.
∎ Prepare the Management Information System (MIS) and preparing the quarterly, six-monthly and annual reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Sound knowledge on Agriculture and Livilihood or similar Projects
∎ Good command both in English and Bangla;
∎ Knowledge of using personal computers including Microsoft Office Application.
