Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor the daily production activities to ensure schedules are followed and targets are met.
∎ Track production flow at each stage and identify any delays or disruptions.
∎ Report any issues promptly to the Production Manager for corrective action.
∎ Maintain accurate records of production data, including daily outputs, quality checks, and any production issues.
∎ Generate daily and weekly reports on production performance and targets.
∎ Work closely with production teams and machine operators to resolve issues and keep production on schedule.
∎ Communicate updates and any required adjustments to the Production Manager.
∎ Job Summary: We are hiring a Monitoring Officer to oversee production operations, coordinate with the marketing department ensure smooth workflow, and maintain quality standards in our manufacturing facility.
