Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably in statistics or social science. (Essential)
∎ Masters in any discipline, preferably in statistics or social science. (Desirable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Monitoring, Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop/ ensure proper utilization of monitoring tools for implementation of project interventions with quality.
∎ Gather data and verify the validity & consistency of data to make those biases free.
∎ Analyze data using appropriate software to help in decision-making for the project management.
∎ Store data using a standard database for further reference.
∎ Conduct periodic surveys and small studies to determine the achievements in comparing with project objectives.
∎ Ensure monitoring reports in a timely manner to meet donor and project management requirements.
∎ Establish Community & project-based Monitoring System and follow up to build the capacity of the community.
∎ Conduct capacity-building events for project staff, partners, and community volunteers on data collection process, monitoring tools, methodology and standard reporting format.
∎ Facilitate baseline, mid-term and project end evaluation at the respective project site to see the status against project objectives.
∎ Responsible for implementing M&E work in respective Upazilas.
∎ Expected End Results:
∎ Set up monitoring system at project site.
∎ Facilitate baseline, mid-term, and end of project evaluation.
∎ Functioning monitoring system to ensure the quality of the project implementation.
∎ Assurance quality of the project objectives.
∎ Build capacity of the project staff, volunteers, and partners on Monitoring and Evaluation.
∎ Documentation and knowledge management.
∎ Effective working relationship with the project team, partners, and other stakeholders.
∎ Professional and personal development enhanced.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of project implementation
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving licence
∎ Ability to work in different target groups
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Develop data application software with MS Access
∎ Ability to work in a team and with partners
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Power Point, SPSS & other database program.
∎ Proven skill in quantitative and narrative report writing.

Salary: Tk. 55000 - 60000 (Monthly)
