Job Context:
∎ This position is for the GRANTS Project named Realizing Gender Equality, Attitudinal Change & Transformative Systems in Nutrition (REACTS-IN) Project located in Thakurgaon Area. The position is to develop systematic and realistic monitoring plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data to report on project performance indicators and build capacity of local communities, facilitators and staff on the data management, data analysis and results oriented programming, monitoring and evaluation report writing techniques and requirements for relevant donors to ensure compliance - collecting program data and accurately completing data reports to measure progress. Regularly data quality checking, achievement update in the system either kobo collect or access. Success story documentation and visualize project impact. Leading entire M&E system, staff capacity building for functionalize robust data management system and frosting quality reporting writing. However, this position also aims to assist M & E Manager to make an effective M & E plan and in delivery of efficient M & E activities to meet up donor compliance.
∎ This role will work directly with Project`s Grants Manager and other project staff. The Project`s duration is up to 7 Years.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strengthen relationship with the staff and the community on health & nutrition issues.
∎ Data collection, triangulation and ensure data consistency
∎ Ensure monitoring reports in timely manner;
∎ Support to conduct baseline and endline of the project, closely work with consultant and ensure donor support
∎ Documentation of project reports on monitoring, evaluation, researchers'/study and better practices;
∎ Establish project based Monitoring System and follow up
∎ Build DME Capacities of project team on functionality of robust M&E system specially data management
∎ Ensure quality of project activities by introducing & adopting appropriate monitoring & supervision system & tools;
∎ Orient / train project staff on data collection process, monitoring tools, methodology and standard reporting format.
∎ Provide feedback to project staff for quality program implementation through real time activities monitoring.
∎ Result sharing and reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge and skills about project implementation
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license
∎ Ability to work in different target groups specially ethnic minority
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Power Point, SPSS & other database program.
∎ Proven skill in quantitative and narrative report writing.
∎ Knowledge on basic nutrition, reproductive health and rights and Gender
∎ Minimum 3 years experiences in relevant field
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 60000 (Monthly)
