Job Context:
∎ This position is responsible for leading monitoring and evaluation, reporting and documentation of the project as per Project Proposal, M&E Plan and donor requirements and guideline of the project.
∎ S/He is also responsible to develop monitoring system for the project and build capacity of various stakeholder specially Partner including project staff, facilitator.
∎ S/He will be preparing and practicing in reporting at a monthly/ quarterly/ six-monthly / annually as per donor requirement. H/S will also be responsible for generating analysis of consolidated data and making recommendations for the project management.
∎ S/He is responsible for setting up Indicator Tracking Table - ITT and regularly updating it for tracking project plan and achievement. Ensure qualitative periodic reports and documentation of good practices for sharing knowledge and project success.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish project based Monitoring System and framework.
∎ Build DME Capacities of project team on data collection process, monitoring tools, methodology and reporting system.
∎ Ensure quality of project activities by introducing & adopting appropriate monitoring & supervision system & tools.
∎ Gather data and verify the validity & consistency of data; keeping project in track.
∎ Ensure periodic qualitative and quantitative reports in timely manner.
∎ Documentation of project reports on monitoring, evaluation, researchers’/study and better practices.
∎ Assist to ensure project accountability to different stakeholders.
∎ Installation of appropriate monitoring system through developing M&E tools. database, guidelines etc.
∎ Ensure smooth running and maintaining quality of the program.
∎ Increase capacity of the project staff on Monitoring and Evaluation system of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must have knowledge and skills on participatory Monitoring and Evaluation system.
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license.
∎ Ability to work in different target groups.
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities.
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Power Point, SPSS & other database program.
∎ Proven skill in quantitative and narrative report writing.
∎ Minimum 3 year experiences in relevant field including grants monitoring & evaluation experience.
∎ Have working experiences in water, sanitation and hygiene program in the urban context.
∎ Demonstrated commitment to World Vision values and philosophy, and capacity to engage with the broader community in living these values.
∎ 60% office based work and 40% field based work/field visit.
