Experience:
Masters in Statistics/Economics/Development Economics/Development Studies.
Essential Requirements:
05 years of relevant professional experience preferably including at least 1 years in mid-level management role in M&E in a large organization.
Excellent command of communication skills both in Bangla and English.
Excellent computer operating skill & conversant with MS Office package, and trained in M&E related latest software and tools etc.
Demonstrated experience in management of M&E system for a large organization, particularly using tech-based solutions.
Self-motivated, adaptable and team player.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
Age limit for the applicant would be 40 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.

Job Purpose: Empowering the most disadvantaged and vulnerable out of school adolescent girls and young women through market driven occupational and transferable skills with job placement. In short Alternative Learning Programme (ALP).
The project objective is to provide inclusive high-quality education and skill-building for adolescent girls and young women (aged 15-24), prioritizing those in dire circumstances. It targets gender disparities in employment, particularly in informal economy and integrates gender-responsive approaches for equitable access to activities and rights in vocational training and economic empowerment.
