∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for overall monitoring and any activities in relation to research and evaluation.
∎ Responsible for all the Quality Improvement (QI) related activities for SWAPNO. S/he will directly collect data from QI factories, compile, collate and analyse, if required.
∎ Oversee and manage time to time data collection, compilation, collation and consolidation in non-QI factories. Responsible to check data authenticity, cleanliness and completeness.
∎ Analyse available primary and secondary data to identify significant trend, any deviations in target and achievement, gap and any other findings for improvement of project planning and implementation.
∎ Support Project Coordinator in preparing the reports with especial focus on monitoring, learning, evaluation and way forward based on learning.
∎ Undertake RMG factory visit at project area as per QI process and make individual plan for collecting data for project monitoring purpose.
∎ Facilitate technical sessions related to monitoring & evaluation in different training/ workshop as required by the project or organization;
∎ Support to ensure project staffs have clear understanding on monitoring report, formats, requirements of each format, how to fill up and submission schedules.
∎ Support to conduct end line survey of the project.
∎ Provide technical support during dissemination of project findings.

Salary: Tk. 34000 (Monthly)
