Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in development studies, social sciences or statistics with 3-4 years’ experience in research and M&E.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will serve the purpose of program monitoring, and evaluation,, undertake data collection, analysis and reporting to inform the project management to take corrective measures to improve the quality of interventions.
∎ Primary Responsivities:
∎ 1. Conduct process and performance mentoring of implemented interventions or activities on regular basis
∎ 2. To share the MEL field findings and observation on weekly and monthly staff sharing meeting with updates on progress against weekly, monthly, quarterly work plan
∎ 3. Ensuring and maintain the DQA standard of all record preserve and collecting on real time basis
∎ 4. Closely work with Abt MELC, DQMS for capturing the all information and data
∎ 5. Provide time to time orientation/ coach all IP team on MEL system, software, tools, formats and reporting and lesson learning agenda
∎ 6. Capture BNA focused GPS feature data point location for reporting to FIVDB and USAID.
∎ 7. Participate in special M & E events e.g. surveys, mapping, workshops as well as reporting
∎ 8. Ensure quality of project activities by introducing & adopting appropriate approach methodology & intervention.
∎ 9. Qualitative Data collection and assessment as per program requirement.
∎ 10. Any other tasks assigned by Technical Director.
∎ Secondary Responsivities:
∎ 1. Collaborate with Abt Associates MEL Team on BNA’s routine monitoring data collection, entry and reporting
∎ 2. Develop and review training curriculums and training materials in printing & digital version.
∎ 3. To prepare/supervise the monthly and quarterly reports of all activities with consultation of TD and other concerned staff
∎ 4. Undertake supportive supervision visits to the project areas and provide on-job training to project staff member.
∎ 5. Prepare all kinds of reports, minutes are timely sent to the Central Office, FIVDB
∎ 6. Perform other duties as and when necessary/needed or assigned to you for the center
∎ 7. Communication by email, maintain the online BNA platforms and upazila program update in FIVDB monthly newsletter and webpage via TD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent quantitative and qualitative data collection, coalition and analysis skills.
∎ Ability to manage M&E/MIS database, including template design, data entry, cleaning, logical checks of monitoring data.
∎ Excellent report writing skills.
∎ Willing to drive motorcycle (optional for women) and should have valid driving license.
∎ Computer literacy having good skills.
∎ Excellent communications skills in both English and Bangla.
