Educational Requirements:
∎ Essential: Bachelor degree in Sciences/Social Sciences or relevant field.
∎ Desirable: Master degree in any subject preferable in Sciences/Social Sciences or any other relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will facilitate DME process, monitor quality of outcomes, outputs and activities as per plan, assist in establishing community based monitoring system, build capacities of community and Area Programme Cluster (APC) team and facilitate research and analysis of programs/projects.
∎ Provide guidance and support with tools to assess & monitor quality of outcomes, outputs and activities as per plan.
∎ Support to develop the community based monitoring tools and system.
∎ Build capacity of community partners, Area Programme Cluster (APC) team on DME functions.
∎ Support to design Micro-project and Shared project plans.
∎ Contribute in baseline survey and evaluation, facilitate lessons learned, Annual Community Review & Planning (ACRP) workshop and conduct studies to support learning agenda.
∎ Analyse and share information & reports to relevant stakeholders for effective and efficient program implementation and decision making.
∎ Ensure compliance with Partnership Standard, Policies and Child Well-being Outcomes.
∎ Document reports on monitoring, evaluation and better practices.
∎ Develop user friendly monitoring and evaluation tools.
∎ Ensure data accuracy, reliability, relevancy and quality.
∎ Facilitate evaluation and survey according to the Design Document.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Have knowledge on current development issues.
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and design documents of the project.
∎ Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting.
∎ Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
∎ Proven management and leadership ability.
∎ Good communication and networking skill.
∎ Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
∎ Decision making and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation.
∎ Minimum of 3 years working experiences in the relevant field.
∎ Must be willing and able to travel nationally up to 12 weeks per annum.
