Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have a bachelor degree in statistics/ development studies/ social science or any related subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation of appropriate monitoring system through developing M&E tools
∎ M &E plan is functioning aligning with the project objectives
∎ Ensure that the accountability system is in plan
∎ Project staffs and facilitators are trained to use the monitoring tools for collecting data
∎ Shared monthly report and achievement with project team
∎ Capturing significant change story / case study regularly
∎ Monitoring reports timely prepared and submitted to the immediate supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce project documents
∎ Must have knowledge and skills on participatory Monitoring and Evaluation system
∎ Ability to work in different target groups
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Power Point, SPSS & other database program.
∎ Skills in quantitative and narrative report writing.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
