Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics
• Master of Arts (MA) in Economics
• Master of Social Science (MSS)
• Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies

• Masters in Statistics, Economics, Social Science, Development Studies or any other relevant discipline from Public/National University along with a minimum of 03 to 05 years of experience in relevant field in the rural context. However, for extra-ordinary qualified having proven experience and track record, the educational qualification can be flexible.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 30 to 45 years

Age limit:

• 30 to 45 years (Flexible depending on relevant experience)

Experience:

• Minimum 03-05 years relevant experience with National and/or International NGO(s).
• Experience on report writing both in English and Bengali.
• Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject.
• Strong and proven experience in Coordinating livelihood activities for the youths in community level.
• Proven ability to Integrate livelihoods with other project goals and activities like Youth Economic Empowerment.
• Proven experience on developing and implement sustainable livelihood programs, including training and capacity building of the target community people, specially the youths and women in rural context.
• Skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to Youth Economic Empowerment for monitoring progress and making informed decisions.
• Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation the impact of Youth Economic Empowerment initiatives.
• Ensure cooperation and coordination with other colleagues on relevant/joint/linked activities.
• Keep track records of all activities performed on daily basis.

Additional Requirements.     

• Must have valid driving license and willing to drive motor bike.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.

Desirable Requirements·

• Experience in developing Project Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Framework and effective/various monitoring tools.
• Experience in developing strategy to establish a participatory M&E system in the project area.
• Experience in data collection from the field, analyzing monitoring data and preparing reports for management to take necessary measures to minimize the gaps.
• Preparing periodical narrative and formative report in time.
• Conduct climate induced vulnerability and risk assessment.
• Preparing and sharing case study and success report at project activities.
• Train staff and the community volunteers (more focusing on adolescent girls) on project monitoring and record keeping.
• Support the process of baseline, midline and end line survey.
• Support the central monitoring team during annual outcome monitoring.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines·      
• Strong practical knowledge of “Safeguarding of children and project participants”.
• Willing to travel extensively (75% of her/his official time) in the field.

About the Project: Resource Development Foundation (RDF) started its DURBAR: Girls-Led Climate Solutions Project from 1st July 2025 funded by Plan International Bangladesh implemented by Resource Development Foundation (RDF) in Barguna sadar Upazilla. Contract Duration: Maximum Upto 31 May 2028 (the employment contract for this position is renewable on annual basis subject to availability of fund)

Employment Status: Full Time (Contract Basis).

Tentative Joining Date: URGENT (Preferably from 01 September 2025)

Monthly consolidated Salary ranges from Tk. 35,000/- (depending on experience) Field Travel Allowance, Mobile Bill Allowance Salary Review: Yearly Festival Bonus: Equivalent to one-month gross salary per year (As per HR Policy)
