Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Statistics / Anthropology or any other relevant disciplines from recognized university.

Job Context:
∎ The position is responsible for leading the activities of Monitoring and Documentation on protection issue maintaining close collaboration with respective Project staffs through planning, implementing and managing the delivery as per the project`s requirement. She will also closely work with operations unit at Cox`s Bazar, protection sector, relevant
∎ government officials, private sector, non-government and civil society organizations.
∎ The job location will be in Teknaf, Cox`s Bazar.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until February 28, 2021.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop different types of project-related monitoring tools.
∎ Supervise data processing of different monitoring activities and analyze data of monitoring related activities and produce report.
∎ Make field visit for conducting M&D activities.
∎ Work with project team to ensure the ensure protection related monitoring, data analysis and reporting related requirement of the project including the sector.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding project topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups and organizations.
∎ Carry out daily monitoring visits, focus group discussions, participatory assessments, key informant interviews in accordance with project information collection and management plans and standards, ensuring appropriate treatment of sensitive information;
∎ Assess individual protection issues captured or identified during daily activities;
∎ Ensure proper documentation and secure storage of any protection data collected (hard and soft copies) ensuring confidentiality;
∎ Ensure periodical monitoring through planning, data collection, analysis and report preparation as per the project need.
∎ Maintain liaison with relevant stakeholder and ensure compliance of donor and the sector as well.
∎ Respect confidentiality regarding the context of protection services in humanitarian setting.
∎ Uphold humanitarian code of conduct and adhere to and promote humanitarian guiding principles.
∎ Comply with NGO Forum for Public Health's policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, gender & equality, humanitarian responsiveness and other relevant policies.
∎ Perform other official tasks, as and when required, for the greater interest of the project/organization.
∎ Follow and maintain the disciplines properly as mentioned in the Service Rules of NGO Forum.
∎ Work in true-spirit of teamwork and preserve personal integrity and respecting the organizational hierarchy of accountability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Fair knowledge on Rohingya Refugee context including protection (GBV, Child) intervention in emergency/humanitarian situation, preparing survey questionnaire, data collection, analysis and ability to writing reports independently.
∎ Sound knowledge on using different software related to data entry, analysis, report writing and preparing presentation including generating maps.
∎ Hard working, work under pressure in humanitarian response context, positive and can do attitude.

Salary: Tk. 88000 (Monthly)
