Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Anthropology / Social Sciences / Development Studies / International Relations / Mass Communication/ Public Health / Statistics /Psychology or any other relevant disciplines from recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and organizing the project activity monitoring and documentation to ensure the necessary support for quality implementation of the project.
∎ Design and develop different type of project related monitoring toots.
∎ Developing different kinds of quality documentation, stories considering project progress and positive changes in people's lives throughout the project implementation.
∎ Producing case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletter, e-bulletins and other advocacy materials.
∎ Carry out daily monitoring visits, focus group discussions, participatory assessments, key informant interviews in accordance with project information collection and management plans and standards, ensuring appropriate treatment of sensitive information.
∎ Assess individual protection issues captured or identified during daily activities and make appropriate referrals for services to humanitarian or other actors as per the referral pathway or best practices.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and secure storage of any protection data collected (hard and soft copies).
∎ Complete daily/periodical reporting on findings.
∎ Monitoring the progress of the project and recommend the further measures for ensuring progress.
∎ Monitoring the program activities and responsible for coordination, collection and compilation of data on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly or as decided by the management).
∎ Increasing capacity of the project staff and facilitate the M&E system.
∎ Ensuring monitoring reports in a timely manner and communicated effectively through close collaboration with the project team and respective donor representatives.
∎ Participating in meetings on M&E, & with other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Uphold humanitarian code of conduct and adhere to and promote humanitarian guiding principles.
∎ Comply with NGO Forum for Public Health's policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, gender & equality, humanitarian responsiveness and other relevant policies.
∎ Perform other official tasks, as and when required, for the greater interest of the project/organization.
∎ Follow and maintain the disciplines properly as mentioned in the Service Rules of NGO Forum.
∎ Work in true-spirit of teamwork and preserve personal integrity and respecting the organizational hierarchy of accountability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Fair knowledge on Rohingya Refugee context including WaSH and protection (GBV, Child protection) intervention in emergency/humanitarian situation, preparing survey questionnaire, data collection, analysis and ability to writing reports independently. Sound knowledge on using different software related to data entry, analysis, report writing and preparing presentation including generating maps. Hard working, work under pressure in humanitarian response context, positive and can-do attitude.

Salary: Tk. 84480 (Monthly)
