∎ Name of the Project: Establishing disaster-resilient communities in Satkhira (EDRCS)
∎ Nature of job: Contractual, 34 months/ up to project duration
∎ Reporting to: Project Coordinator
∎ 1. Core Purpose: The core purpose of a Monitoring & Development Officer is to ensure the effective monitoring, evaluation, and development of EDRCS project. This role requires a strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation methodologies, data analysis, and project management principles. The Monitoring & Development Officer is responsible for designing and implementing monitoring frameworks and systems to track the progress and impact of the project. She/he will collect and analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations for projects improvement. The Monitoring & Development Officer will also play a key role in conducting evaluations and assessments, measuring project outcome, and identifying areas of growth and development. She/he will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, coordinate data collection efforts, and communicate findings and recommendations. The Monitoring & Development Officer`s ultimate goal is to ensure that programs and projects are effectively monitored, evaluated, and adapted to achieve desired outcomes. At the same time she/he will maintain collaborative working relationships among key project partners and CBM Bangladesh country office through effective communication, consultation and reporting
Salary:
∎ Monthly salary BDT 40000 (gross) with other benefits as per project budget.
