Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Development Studies (MDS), Masters in Information Systems Security (MISS), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters Degree in Statistics or Social Science with 3 years relevant experience in M&E and Documentation
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, MS Excel, Data Analysis, database management, Report Writing, SPSS, ONA, and Kobo applications

Job Context:
∎ Samaj Kalyan O Unnayan Shangstha (SKUS) envisions a peaceful, prosperous, and poverty-free society that ensures everyone`s basic needs and rights. SKUS since the 2017 Rohingya refugee influx worked in Cox`s Bazar district with children adolescents, women, and men. SKUS works to provide access to learning opportunities in a safe and protective environment, offer quality teaching/learning and increase refugee/host community participation and engagement in children`s education. Based on children`s and adolescents` rights, SKUS has established quality learning and protection Centre with support from different international donors, including UN agencies.
∎ SKUS has an agreement with Plan International for the project of Education Cannot Wait`s Multi Year Resilience Programme (MYRP) for the Rohingya and host community at Ukhia and Teknaf Upazila in Cox`s Bazar District.
∎ SKUS is looking for a suitable candidate for the immediate appointment of a M&E Officer for the project as mentioned above in Plan International Consortium, supported by ECW.
∎ Reportable to: Chief Executive
∎ Duration of contract: Up to 30 September 2024. (Contingent to Donor Extension and government approval).
∎ Job Location: Ukhiya Cox`s Bazar`.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop M&E framework discussing in participation with the project team,
∎ Develop tools for conducting the different studies, baseline and end-line evaluations,
∎ Compile the different periodic reports and provide required inputs as needed,
∎ Develop various program monitoring checklist for regular program monitoring.
∎ Ensure collection of field data as per project's M&E framework and provide technical supports to establish/strengthen M&E system at all levels;
∎ Collect and preserve project operational data on regular basis to observe the progress of planned activities of the project;
∎ Update database and other records on regular basis analyzed and provided feedback to respective unit/ staff;
∎ Share field findings, updated information, observations in the meeting/ workshops/ seminar and training programs;
∎ Carry out the case studies, success stories in coordination with the PR Officer for documentation and share findings with the project team and relevant stakeholders;
∎ Facilitate technical sessions related to Monitoring & Evaluation in different training/workshops as required by the project or organization;
∎ Perform other official tasks, as and when required, for the greater interest of the project/organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advance knowledge in MS Office applications especially word processing, spreadsheet and presentation tools.
∎ The candidate must have sound knowledge of M&E, data management, and documentation;
∎ Experience in using any online/mobile-based real-time data collection tool is an advantage
∎ Skilled in ONA and 5W reporting
∎ Good interpersonal and facilitation skill;
∎ Strong verbal and written skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Capable of writing narrative and numerical reports in English;
∎ Willingness to visit field activities frequently
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Likes to take the challenge;
Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
