• Bachelor/Masters of Social Science/ Public Health/Statistics, or relevant field. Knowledge on M&E frameworks, health information systems (especially DHIS2 and DGFP MIS), and indicator development.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E or data management roles, preferably in maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH), family planning, or health systems projects. Willingness to travel frequently within assigned district.

Socio-Economic and Rural Advancement Association (SERAA) is a local based non-profitable, non-political, non-partisan and non- governmental development organization (NGO) was established in the year of 1997 by a few like-minded social workers based on Netrakona district with a view to improve the socio-economic condition of the rural targeted poor families especially ultra-poor and excluded group& distressed peoples with the emphasis on child, adolescent and women. It has been working for the quality improvement of the underprivileged ethnic/tribal communities along with other minority and majority communities without distinction of caste, creed and religion for more than 27 years and earned reputation in development sector. SERAA has been working at education, health & nutrition, environment development, climate friendly agriculture and various consultancy sector.
